[1]The claimant was an employee of AMAC Concrete Limited.[2]All claims against WirralMix Limited are dismissed. The claims not having been contested by the first respondent, the judgment of the Tribunal is:[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £1600.[4]The respondent breached the claimant’s contract of employment by not providing four weeks’ notice of termination and is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £1600 net as damages.[5]The claimant was unfairly dismissed. The claimant seeks no compensation.
