JUDGMENT

[1]These claims are consolidated.[2]The complaint by both claimants that they were workers of the respondent and thus entitled to payment in respect of unpaid annual leave is well-founded.[3]The complaint that the respondent failed to make any payment in respect of annual leave during the last leave year of the claimants’ engagements with the respondent is well-founded.[4]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant’s compensation in respect of accrued annual leave entitlements in the following sums: Mr D Frayne 5.6 weeks x 47/52 x £600 per week (gross) = £3,037.00 Mr P Moore 5.6 weeks x 29/52 x £600 per week (gross) = £1,874.00[5]The respondent shall pay the said sums to the claimants on or before 1 March 2019.
