[1]The respondent made an unlawful deduction from Miss Duffey’s wages and is ordered to pay her the sum of £2,400 subject to such deductions as it is[2]The respondent breached Miss Duffey’s contract of employment by failing to give her notice of termination and is ordered to pay damages of £318.00 (net).[3]The respondent made an unlawful deduction from Miss Duffey’s holiday pay and is ordered to pay her the sum of £1,140.00 subject to such deductions as it is required to make for tax and national insurance.[4]Miss Duffey is entitled to a redundancy payment of £4,572.00. Miss Baxendell[5]The respondent made an unlawful deduction from Miss Baxendell’s wages and is ordered to pay her the sum of £1,432.65 subject to such deductions as it is required to make for tax and national insurance.[6]The respondent breached Miss Baxendell’s contract of employment by failing to give her notice of termination and is ordered to pay damages of £1,361.00 (net).[7]The respondent made an unlawful deduction from Miss Baxendell’s holiday pay and is ordered to pay her the sum of £487.10 subject to such deductions as it is required to make for tax and national insurance.[8]Miss Baxendell is entitled to a redundancy payment of £1,862.45. Mr Milce[9]The respondent made an unlawful deduction from Mr Milce’s wages and is ordered to pay him the sum of £3,144.48, subject to such deductions as it is[10]The respondent breached Mr Milce’s contract of employment by failing to pay his expenses and is ordered to pay him the sum of £65.33 (net). Mr Price[11]The respondent made an unlawful deduction from Mr Price’s wages and is ordered to pay him the sum of £2,800.00 subject to such deductions as it is[12]The respondent breached Mr Price’s contract of employment by failing to give him notice of termination and is ordered to pay damages of £1,051.84 (net).[13]The respondent made an unlawful deduction from Mr Price’s holiday pay and is ordered to pay him the sum of £1,314.80, subject to such deductions as it is[14]Mr Price is entitled to a redundancy payment of £1,016.00.
