Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £2,080, the respondent also accounting to HMRC for all due statutory deductions in respect of the gross wages due to the claimant in the period 12th August – 21st September 2019 (30 X 8 hour shifts and 2 X 10 hour shifts for which the claimant was entitled to receive net pay of £8 per hour).[2]The postponed hearing is now cancelled.
