[1]By a letter dated 4 January 2022 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations, or to request a hearing to do so, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the claimant had not been employed for the two years necessary to give her the right to complain of unfair dismissal.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations or to request a hearing.[3]The claim is therefore struck out under rule 37 because it has no reasonable prospect of success. The claimant cannot show that she has the right to bring the claim.[4]The hearing fixed for 8 June 2022 will not take place and the case is at an end.
