[1]By a Case Management Order promulgated on 11 March 2019 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because he had failed to attend the preliminary hearing on 22 February 2019 and had not communicated with the Tribunal at all. He was ordered to reply by the 25 March 2019 and as at the 29 March 2019 has not complied with that Order• the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 4 March 2019.• it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing.
