The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant one week’s notice pay calculated from the average of the last 12 weeks’ wages before dismissal.[2]The claim of race discrimination is ill founded and is dismissed.[3]The claim that the respondent failed to provide breaks under the Working Time Regulations 1998 is ill founded and is dismissed.
