Mr C Mika-Miangu v Blue Arrow Ltd: 2415055/2019

EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 2415055/2019
Mr C Mika-MianguClaimantBlue Arrow LimitedRespondent
Employment Judge BattenDate 10 December 2020

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 4 September 2020 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because it was not being actively pursued. The claimant was asked to make his representations by 18 September 2020.[2]The claimant has failed to make any sufficient representations, as to why the claim should not be struck out. His email of 7 October 2020 was received after the deadline set had passed and it gives no reasons why the claim should not be struck out.[3]The claim is therefore struck out.
