[1]The following complaints are dismissed following a withdrawal by the claimant: Breaches of the Health and Safety at Work Act: Breach of contract; Complaints relating to section 138 Employment Rights Act 1996; Protected disclosure detriment complaints; Breaches of the ACAS Codes as freestanding complaints (not affecting the possibility of increasing or decreasing an award for another type of complaint because of failure to comply with a relevant Code); Bullying as a freestanding complaint.[2]The claimant’s remaining claims will proceed to hearing in due course.
