[1]It was not reasonably practicable for the Claimant to have filed her claim within the statutory time limit. She filed the claim within a reasonable period after learning of time limits.[2]The Claimant’s claim for arrears of holiday pay is well founded.[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay the gross sum of £560 (five hundred and sixty pounds) to the Claimant.
