JUDGMENT
BY CONSENT By consent under Rule 64 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013, it is hereby ordered that this case be stayed until 23 April 2019 to enable the parties to put into effect the terms of the settlement agreed between them. If no application to continue with the proceedings is received by the Tribunal by that date, the claim is dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant on that date. The terms agreed by the parties are that:[1]the claimant's complaints of unfair dismissal are dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant.[2]the respondent will pay to the claimant the sum of £1,500 in settlement of all other claims brought by the claimant before the Tribunal in these proceedings. The respondent is in the initial stages of an Individual Voluntary Arrangement with creditors. Following a discussion with the parties, it is understood by the Tribunal that Case No. 2414995/2018 the current terms of this arrangement do not prevent this consent Judgment being handed down by the Tribunal.
