[1]By a letter dated 9 December 2021 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the complaint of Unfair Dismissal should not be struck out because the claimant has not been employed for two years or more and therefore the Tribunal cannot consider the complaint of unfair dismissal.[2]The claimant has e-mailed the Tribunal on other matters, but has not provided a response to the proposal to strike out the unfair dismissal complaint.[3]This judgment does not affect the remainder of the claim, which will proceed to a hearing.
