JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £308.03.[2]The claimant was not paid for his accrued untaken holiday entitlement at the termination of his employment and is awarded 1.7 weeks’ holiday pay in the gross sum of £533.66.[3]The respondent failed to give the claimant a written statement of particulars of his employment pursuant to section 1(1) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and the claimant is therefore awarded 2 weeks’ pay for such default pursuant to section 38(2)(b) in the sum of £616.06.
