The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 8 November 2022 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing as to why the claim should not be struck out because:a. The claimant had failed to reply to the Tribunal’s letter of 8 September 2022;b. The claimant had failed to reply to the Tribunal’s letter of 17 October 2022;c. It appeared that the claim was not being actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make any representations in writing why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 21,22 and 23 November 2022 will not take place.
