JUDGMENT

[1]The complaint of breach of contract in relation to notice pay is dismissed upon withdrawal.

[2]The complaint of race discrimination is dismissed because the allegation contained in the claim form was not pursued and permission to introduce a different allegation was refused for reasons set out in the Case Management Order which will be promulgated separately.

[3]The case continues as complaints of unfair dismissal, disability discrimination and of unlawful deductions from pay as set out in the Case Management Order.
