Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 No response having been presented and on the information before the Employment Judge, the Judgment of the Tribunal is that:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £815.92.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of the verbal agreement as to notice period and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the agreed sum of £320.00.
