JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Tribunal is that the claimant’s claim of disability discrimination received on 15 August 2018 following one-day of ACAS conciliation on 15 August 2018, was not presented before the end of the period of 3 months beginning with 15 May 2017 the effective date of termination and when the act complained of was done (or is treated as done). In all the circumstances of the case, it is not just and equitable to extend the statutory time limit, the Tribunal does not have the jurisdiction to consider the complaint and the claim is dismissed.
