[1]The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of at least £31.25 and no more than £500.00 in order to pursue all or part of his claims against one or both respondents following a preliminary hearing held on 31 October 2019. The Order was sent to the claimant on 26 November 2019. Time for payment was subsequently extended to 17 January 2020.[2]The claimant has failed to pay any deposit. All his complaints are struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[3]The case is at an end. Employment Judge Franey 5 February 2020
