[1]By a letter dated 28 March 2022 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the claimant did not attend at the telephone hearing on 28 March 2022 as requested.[2]The claimant was given a deadline of 19 April 2022 to respond. The claimant has failed to respond to make representations in writing why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed to commence on 1 August 2022 will not take place.
