JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant's complaint was not presented to the Tribunal within the time limit for doing so. It was reasonably practicable for the claimant to submit her claim within the time limit. The claim is therefore out of time and is dismissed.[2]The second respondent, Mr Bold, was not the claimant's employer. The Tribunal therefore has no jurisdiction to hear a claim of unfair dismissal brought by the claimant against him, and the claim against the second respondent is struck out.
