[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages in respect of her pay for 8 September 2019 and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £61.60[2]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages in respect of statutory sick pay for the period 19 September to 3 October 2019 and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £188.50[3]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the net sum of £260.00.[4]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s accrued holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £629.20.
