JUDGMENT
[1]Terms of Settlement being agreed by the parties the respondent agrees to pay to:a. The first claimant the gross sum of £1594 pounds (the first claimant to be responsible by any employee tax or NI liability arising from this payment) and;b. The second claimant, the gross sum of £541.98 in respect of the claim of unlawful deduction of wages (the second claimant to be responsible for any employee tax or NI liability arising from this payment) and an Injury to Feelings award in the sum of £8000c. The respondent has agreed to make payment in the sums stated above by no later than 28th August 2022, with liberty to apply by both parties no later than 31st August 2022 after which time the claims will be dismissed upon withdrawal by the first and second claimants.
