JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from each of the claimants’ wages.[2]The respondent is ordered to pay to Mr M El Sadak the gross sum of £560.74 in respect of arrears of pay and the sum of £2709.31 in respect of compensation for financial losses.[3]The respondent is ordered to pay to Mr M Fullager the gross sum of £117.75 in respect of arrears of pay and the sum of £5.50 in respect of compensation for financial losses.[4]The respondent is ordered to pay to Mr A Smith the gross sum of £1,011.58 in respect of arrears of pay.[5]The respondent is ordered to pay to Mr A Mc Kenna the gross sum of £665.01 in respect of arrears of pay.[6]The respondent has failed to provide an itemised pay statement to Mr M El Sadak and Mr M Fullagar.[7]The claim of unfair dismissal brought by Mr A Smith is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction as the claimant does not have two years continuous service.
