Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent’s name is amended to LNY Pizza Co Ltd.[2]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £432.74.[3]The respondent has failed to comply with its obligation to provide itemised pay statements. No separate award is made having regard to the award at paragraph 2 above.[4]The respondent has failed to comply with its obligation to provide a statement of particulars of employment. In accordance with s.38 Employment Act 2002 the amount awarded at paragraph 2 above is increased by an additional £991.36 (being four weeks’ wages).
