JUDGMENT
[1]The parties having agreed terms of settlement with the assistance of ACAS, these proceedings are stayed until 16 December 2022, to enable the parties to comply with those terms of settlement.[2]On 17 December 2022, the Claimant’s claims will be dismissed upon withdrawal, unless the Claimant has written to the Tribunal indicating she wishes these proceedings to continue.[3]If the Respondent fails to comply with the terms of settlement, it is essential that the Claimant writes to the Tribunal by 16 December 2022 – the effect of paragraph 2 of this Judgment is that these proceedings will be automatically dismissed, without the need for any further order or application, if the Tribunal has no further contact from the Claimant by that date.
