JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s Effective Date of Termination was 11th July 2021 and not 18th June 2021. The claimant’s claim for payment of unpaid wages and holiday pay owed to 11th July 2021 therefore succeeds.[2]For the claim of unpaid wages brought by the claimant, the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £3,402.85.[3]For the claim to holiday pay, the claimant was entitled to 16 days carried over from 2020 plus 15 days for the leave year commencing on 1st January 2021. The respondent is therefore ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £4,586.45.[4]The total sum payable by the respondent to the claimant is £7,989.30. Judge Cowx 13 January 2022
