The second respondent is dismissed as a respondent to the claims of the claimant.REASONS
[1]The First Respondents confirmed that they would accept vicarious liability for any acts of discrimination that the tribunal found were committed by the Second Respondent.[2]The First respondents confirmed that they were not going to plead or rely on any statutory defence to avoid such vicarious liability.[3]The Claimant agreed that the Second Respondent could and should be dismissed as a named respondent to her claims.
