[1]By letters dated 6 April 2020, 9 October 2020 and 12 December 2020 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because• it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant said he wanted to have the company restored to the register and was given until 23 January 2021 to inform the tribunal in writing what steps he has taken to make an application for the company to be restored. The claimant has failed to make representations in writing as to what steps he has taken, and has failed to say why the claim should not be struck out. The claim is therefore struck out.
