JUDGMENT
[1]The hearing took place with attendance of the Claimant by video conference using the Tribunal’s CVP video platform. Attendance by parties was not practicable due to Covid-19 restrictions and no-one requested the same.[2]The Respondent was in breach of contract for failing to reimburse the Claimant for items purchased by her for the care home in the course of her employment.[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant damages in the net sum of £1140.46.[4]The claim for unlawful deduction from wages (pension) is dismissed on withdrawal.
