JUDGMENT
The unanimous judgment of the Tribunal is that: 1. the claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal is well-founded. The first respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant compensation in the sum of £2,362.50 comprising a basic award for unfair dismissal; 2. the claimant suffered unlawful discrimination because of something arising in consequence of his disability. The first respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £5,000.00 for injury to feelings; and 3. the claim for holiday pay is dismissed on withdrawal.
