JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was treated unfavourably because of her protected characteristic of pregnancy, and her claim discrimination brought under Section 18 of the Equality Act 2010 is well-founded.[2]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant damages for unlawful pregnancy discrimination in the sum of £13,000.76 consisting of loss of earnings in the agreed sum of £1558.88 net to be paid in the next payroll run (the respondent will be responsible for the lawful deductions of tax and national insurance), injury to feelings Case Number: 2413928/2020 in the sum of £9000 plus interest agreed at £1260 and an ACAS uplift of 10 percent at £1181.88. 9.2.22
