[1]The Respondent having entered compulsory liquidation, these claims are hereby stayed to 15th May 2023.[2]If no application to lift the stay is received by 15th May 2023, all claims shall be dismissed without further order.[3]The title of the Respondent is amended to Bolton Textiles (Group) Limited (In Compulsory Liquidation) to reflect the fact of the liquidation.[4]The address of the Respondent is hereby amended to The Official Receiver of Manchester, 2nd Floor, 3 Piccadilly Place, London Road, Manchester, M1 3BN.
