JUDGMENT
[1]The judgement of the tribunal is that the claimant’s claims for age discrimination were presented out of time as was her claim for a redundancy payment.[2]With regard to the discrimination claim it is not just and equitable to extend time. .[3]With regard to the redundancy claim it was reasonably practicable for the claimant to have presented the claim in time.[4]The tribunal therefore has no jurisdiction to hear the complaints of age discrimination and for a redundancy payment and consequently both claims are dismissed
