Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The first respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £632.17.[2]It is declared that the first respondent failed to provide the claimant with itemised pay statements for June and July 2019.[3]Any claims against the second respondent personally are dismissed. The first respondent was incorporated in February 2015 and was the employer of the claimant throughout her employment.
