[1]By letters dated 18 October 2021 the Tribunal gave the claimants an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claims should not be struck out because they had not been actively pursued; the claimants had not provided the Tribunal with information about how much they were claiming as requested by the Tribunal’s letter dated 18 August 2021.[2]The claimants have failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claims are, therefore, struck out.
