[1]The claimant’s claim for accrued unpaid holiday pay is well-founded and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £2295 net (296 hours & 52 minutes holiday@ £11.47 per hour net).[2]The respondent failed to provide the claimant with a statement of terms and conditions of employment in accordance with Section 1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 as amended, and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £2032 (£508 x4 weeks)
