The claimant’s claims were not contested and succeed. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the following amount of compensation:[1]A redundancy payment of £2,930.[2]Compensation for failure to give notice of dismissal of £1,953[3]Payment for accrued and untaken holiday of £321 These amounts were calculated and agreed based on the following uncontested facts:• The claimant’s gross weekly pay as at her dismissal was £279;• The claimant had 7 complete years of service all aged over 43;• The claimant on termination having 1.15 weeks of holiday accrued and untaken for the holiday year in which her employment terminated; and• The claimant was entitled to statutory minimum redundancy, notice and holiday.
