JUDGMENT
[1]The proceedings against Lancashire County Council (the second respondent) are dismissed following a withdrawal of each of the claims made against that respondent by the claimant.[2]The claim for ordinary (constructive) unfair dismissal raised against each of the remaining respondents is dismissed following a withdrawal of this claim by the claimant. This does not affect the claims for automatic unfair dismissal raised by the claimant, which are being progressed.[3]The claimant’s remaining claims will proceed to a hearing on 19 April to 26 April 2021.
