JUDGMENT
[1]Except for the allegation that the claimant made a protected disclosure to the 2nd respondent on 29 June 2017 concerning the administration of the funds of AR, the allegations of protected disclosures made by the claimant in these proceedings are struck out on the grounds that they have no reasonable prospect of success.[2]The allegation that the claimant was subjected to any detriment because she had made a protected disclosure is struck out on the grounds that it has no reasonable prospect of success.[3]The application by the 1st respondent that the complaints of unfair dismissal and unfair dismissal by reason of having made protected disclosure be struck out is refused. Case No. 2413668/2018 2[4]The application by the 1st respondent that the claimant be ordered to pay a deposit as a condition of continuing with the complaints of unfair dismissal referred to above is granted and an order in respect of that application is set out separately.REASONS
[1]The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £600.00 following a preliminary hearing held on 1 April 2019. The Order was sent to the claimant on 5 April 2019.The claimant has failed to pay this deposit. The complaints of unfair dismissal and unfair dismissal by reason of having made a protected disclosure are therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The hearing fixed for 21 to 24 January 2020 will not take place.
