[1]By a letter dated 10 October 2018 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because it had not been actively pursued. The claimant had previously not responded to a letter dated 2 August 2018 giving her a warning that her unfair dismissal claim may be struck out for lack of 2 years’ continuous service.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why the claim should not be struck out or to request a hearing.
