JUDGMENT
[1]the claimants did not each have 2 years’ continuous service at the date of their dismissals and the Tribunal therefore does not have jurisdiction to hear their claims of unfair dismissal;[2]the claimants’ claims of wrongful dismissal were not presented within the time period in regulation 7 of the Employment Tribunals Extension of Jurisdiction (England and Wales) Order 1994 and it was reasonably practicable for each of the claimants to have presented their claims within that period. Accordingly the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the claims of wrongful dismissal; and[3]the respondent’s application for costs is refused.
