JUDGMENT

The respondent having failed to present a response within the time prescribed by rule 16 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013 the judgment of the tribunal is that:[1]The claimant’s complaints for unpaid wages, unpaid holiday pay and breach of contract (notice pay) are well-founded.[2]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant compensation calculated as follows: Unpaid wages May 2018 1 month’s gross pay £1,416.67 1 – 14 June 2018 2 weeks’ gross pay 653.82 Unpaid holiday pay 9 days (= 1.8 weeks) gross pay 588.44 Notice pay 1 weeks’ net pay 282.81[3]The respondent is ordered to pay the resulting sum of £2,942.14 to the claimant on or before 24 October 2018.
