JUDGMENT
[1]The claimants were made redundant by the respondent and I declare each claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment.[2]The claimants were dismissed summarily on 27 February 2018. I find each claimant is entitled to a payment in lieu of notice. Remedy Mrs M Dyson[3]Mrs Dyson is entitled to a redundancy payment in the sum of £6,714 payable to her by the respondent within 14 days of the date of this Judgment.[4]Mrs Dyson is entitled to notice pay in the sum of £634 (credit having been given for sums earned in new employment) payable to her by the respondent within 14 days of the date of this Judgment. Case Nos. 2413561/2018 2413562/2018 2 Mr J Gash[5]Mr Gash is entitled to a redundancy payment in the sum of £7,175. payable to him by the respondent within 14 days of the date of this Judgment.[6]Mr Gash is entitled to notice pay in the sum of £944.05 (credit having been given for sums earned in new employment). This sum is payable to him by the respondent within 14 days of the date of this Judgment.
