[1]By a letter dated 9 January 2020 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations (or to request a hearing to do so) as to why the claim should not be struck out because it has no reasonable prospect of success (in the absence of a legal entity as respondent) and/or it has not been actively pursued (because the claimant has not been responding to requests for clarity on that point).[2]The claimant has failed to make any representations in writing as to why the claim should not be struck out, or to request a hearing to do so. The claim is therefore struck out.
