Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 The Tribunal having heard the claimant’s evidence in a hearing conducted remotely by CVP technology, the Judgment of the Tribunal is that:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £7,973.13.[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £444.60.[3]The sums must be paid by the respondent within 14 days of the date that this Judgment is sent to the parties.
