JUDGMENT

[1]The claimants’ claims of discrimination under the Equality Act 2010 were dismissed on withdrawal by the claimants.

[2]The claimants’ claims for holiday pay were dismissed on withdrawal by the claimants, the respondent having paid the outstanding holiday pay.

[3]The claimants’ claims for unpaid wages for the period from 23 March 2020 to 30 March 2020 are well founded and succeed, having been conceded by the respondent at the hearing. The respondent is ordered to pay to each claimant compensation in the amount of £194, such amount having been agreed by the parties to represent 80% of one week’s pay.
