JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondent. Had the respondent followed a fair procedure the claimant would have been fairly dismissed by no later than 17 April 2018.[2]The claimant contributed to her dismissal as to 100%.[3]The respondent did not breach the claimant's contract by failing to give notice of dismissal or pay in lieu of notice.[4]The claimant is not entitled to any payment of bonus or commission under the terms of her contract of employment.[5]The respondent breached the claimant's entitlement to be paid accrued annual leave and the claimant is entitled to be paid the agreed amount of £538.47. It is further ORDERED that:[6]By consent the respondent agrees to pay the claimant within 14 days of today the total sum of £2,000 in settlement of her claim for remedy for unfair dismissal, which sum also includes the entitlement to holiday pay.
