EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 2412119/2023
Miss M MahmoodClaimantSBS Insurance Services LimitedRespondent
Employment Judge Holmes DateDate 3 December 2024

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 21st October 2024 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the preliminary hearing listed on 5 July 2024 was postponed on the claimant’s request and subject to the claimant sending medical evidence of her ill-health as set out in the Tribunal’s letter of 3 July 2024; the claimant has failed to reply to the Tribunal’s letter dated 3 July 2024 within the deadline of 31 July 2024, or at all and has provided no evidence of the basis for the postponement she requested; it appears that the claimant is conducting the proceedings unreasonably;and it appears that the claim is not being actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing that was due to take place on 5th July 2024 has already been postponed.will not take place. Case No: 2412119/2023
