JUDGMENT
By consent of the parties the judgment of the Tribunal is:[1]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded. The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages in the period from 27 July to 3 August 2023.[2]The respondent shall pay the claimant £350 (three hundred and fifty pounds) which is the net sum deducted. The respondent is responsible for the payment of any tax or National Insurance. Payment will be made within 14-days of today’s date.[3]The claims for holiday pay and automatic unfair dismissal are dismissed on withdrawal. Approved by
