JUDGMENT
[1]The name of the respondent is amended to the correct legal name, The Northern Care Alliance Foundation Trust.[2]The claimant's claim for unfair dismissal pursuant to section 95 and section 98 Employment Rights Act 1996 was presented outside the time limit in section 11(2)(a) Employment Rights Act 1996.[3]It was reasonably practicable for the claimant to present his claim within the time limit. Accordingly, the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear his claim and it is struck out.
